Go west, young man and woman
Christmas is over and Heather and I are finally finishing the very last leg of what was supposed to still be our honeymoon. We’re leaving bright and early tomorrow morning from Cleveland with our little Acura, hoping to hit Berkeley, California by Tuesday, January 4th.
We’ve each done cross-country drives before but never before has either of us journeyed across the great state of Oklahoma. It is a real milestone for us and we’ll be celebrating appropriately some time saturday. We’ll be taking a southern route on 70 and 40 hitting other similar wonders including St Louis, MO, Amarillo, TX, and Bakersfield, CA.
Even though we’re off on another adventure, updates are fairly unlikely given that we’ll be staying in shady motels and trying to cover about 500 miles a day!

It hasn’t really hit me that you guys live in Berkeley, so I am anxious for your return. I feel that it will be official once you have your car and go off to work on a daily basis. I hope that you will have some Chicken Tikka Masala with me to celebrate your citizenship in the People’s Republic of Berkeley.
P.S. thank god your trip did not have you scheduled to be in Asia right now.
P.S.2. when is your web site going to make explicit reference to your plans for the month of May?
P.S.3. Julian is 2 months old today.

And where will you have this Chicken Tikka Masala? Breads of India? Khana Peena? the other place on Solano that we never had a chance to try, but Whitney and Ryan give it two thumbs up? Please tell me all about it! I miss my Indian food choices
But, in there place we have some SERIOUSLY good pizza, nothing can stand up to a good NY pie and really great Greek food.
Have a great trip!
P.S. Happy two months Julian!
